Pick-up Information
Orders are available for pick-up during our regular business hours: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Please approach the service counter and provide your name. If you ordered through the online store, please supply us with a print-out of your order.
We're located in Stratford one street south of Ontario St., at 55 Albert St., located between Downie St. and Waterloo St.
Pick-up orders can be ordered through our online store, by faxing us or by calling in your order to (519) 271-6910 to request a pick-up.
Select the pick-up option and fill in all your billing information, including your credit card information. Pick-up orders must be paid in advance.
Large corporate orders may take up to a week to prepare so please submit your order at least a week in advance. Weddings can take up to a month to prepare depending if we need to order customized packaging. Please place wedding orders at least one month in advance. Smaller, individual orders may be ready the next business day. Please e-mail or phone us for an estimate on the amount of time it will take to prepare your order. If you are travelling for any length of time after picking up your order, we request that you bring a cooler and cooler packs. Many of our American aficianados have been bringing their own coolers for years for the journey back to the US. You also have the option of buying a cooler from us or from several stores in the area. Please ask us for any recommendations and assistance.
