A classic European confection, Marzipan is best described as an almond candy dough that we blend with Grand Marnier. This smooth and slightly boozy dough is then enrobed in milk chocolate (45%) or semi-sweet dark chocolate (60%) and finished with a wedge of candied orange. Perfect for serving on a charcuterie board, Marzipan is not too sweet and has subtle notes of orange liqueur with pair nicely with meat, cheese, beer, and autumn wines.
