Our current estimated delivery times are as follows:
Stratford Deliveries – next day delivery (Monday through Friday)
Ontario Orders – 3 to 5 business days
Canada-wide Orders – 5 to 8 business days
US Orders – 12+ business days

Since 1969, we've been using the same recipe for our chocolate that priortizes whole ingredients like milk, sugar and cocoa mass.
Cocoa content
Our choclate prioritzes cocoa content because that is where the rich flavour comes from. It is the base of all good quality chocolate.
Small batch cooking
Rather than mass producing our chocolates, we handcraft our confections in small batches, making them as fresh as possible for you to enjoy.

What ordering options do I have?
When shopping online with Rhéo's, you can choose to have your order shipped to you, to pick-up at our store in Stratford, or to have it delivered to your recipient.

What couriers do you use?
We primarily work with CanPar courier services within Canada, but for apartment buildings or residences where mailroom access is required, we work with Canada Post.
When are Pickup Orders available?
Pickup is available Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and Sundays from 11 am to 3 pm (only available May through December). To place a pickup order please give us a call at 1-888-271-6910 or select Pickup at checkout and be sure to set pickup date.
We ask for 24 hours notice to get your order ready and we’ll do our best to have it ready for your arrival.
When will I get my order?
We are a small but mighty team so generally your order takes 1-2 days to process at the Candy Factory but during our busiest times of the year, Easter and Christmas, it can take up to 7 business days. We recommend giving yourself enough time to avoid disappointment.
We ship all parcels through expedited mail services. Due to the Canada Post strike, courier times may vary. For estimated delivery times, please check the SHIPPING TIMELINES tab available on the product you are interested in ordering.
Once your parcel is with the courier service you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. You can use this to see when your package will arrive. If you have questions or concerns about the delivery of your package once it is with the courier service, we recommend contacting the courier directly as our information is limited at that point.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If there is a discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, please let us know as soon as you can so we can rectify the situation.
Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to return food items once they have left the store. If you have changed your mind about a certain product, we recommend sharing them with your family and friends. It is a great way to become the family favourite!

I need to change or cancel something on my order!
If you have found that there is a mistake with the order that you placed and would like to change or cancel part of your order, please feel free to give us a call at 1-888-271-6910.
We are able to accommodate most changes as long as your order has not already been processed.
Please note that changes requiring a refund at your request are subject to a 5% processing fee. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before submitting.
