Refund policy
We take great pride in delivering the best quality confections, whether you visit us in store or online. Due to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency regulations, once products have left the store we are unable to accept returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
We cannot accept product returns; all products are final sale.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or cheque.
