Well, the first step is to craft a creamy hazelnut praline center that melts in your mouth, slowly releasing nutty dimensions that build as you go. Finally, creating a velvety, rich exterior made with Milk or Dark (60% semi-sweet) Chocolate or an assortment of both, that adds the perfect amount of sweetness to each bite. And lastly, making each piece by hand the same way we have since 1969. We think you can taste the difference.
