This smooth and orange-liqueur infused dough is then enrobed in milk chocolate (45%) or semi-sweet dark chocolate (60%) and finished with a wedge of candied orange. Perfect for serving on a charcuterie board, Marzipan is not too sweet and has subtle notes of orange liqueur which pairs nicely with meat, cheese, beer, and autumn wines. It also looks stunning served sliced in rounds!
