Curbside Pickup is available Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. To place a same day curbside pickup order please give us a call at 1-888-271-6910 or leave us a note during checkout with the date and time of your pickup. We’ll do our best to have it ready for your arrival.
Your personal information, including credit card number, is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions.
We are a small but mighty team so generally your order takes 2-3 days to process at the Candy Factory but during our busiest times of the year, Easter and Christmas, it can take up to 7 business days. We recommend giving yourself enough time to avoid disappointment.
We ship all parcels through expedited mail services. Due to Covid-19, courier times may vary. For estimated delivery times based on your shipping address, please click here.
Once your parcel is with the courier service you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. You can use this to see when your package will arrive. If you have questions or concerns about the delivery of your package once it is with the courier service, we recommend contacting the courier directly as our information is limited at that point.
If there is a discrepancy between what you ordered and what your received, please let us know as soon as you can so we can rectify the situation.
Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to return food items once they have left the store. If you have changed your mind about a certain product, we recommend sharing them with your family and friends. It is a great way to become the family favourite!
