Local honey is cooked and whipped until it is white and fluffy and then we add diced almonds! The combination creates a white caramel-like centre that is chewy, nutty and melt-in-your-mouth amazing. Finally, we enrobe them in either Milk or Dark (60% semi-sweet) Chocolate for the perfect bite.
