And what better way to #sharethelove this Valentine’s Day than by whipping up a batch of Mint Smoothie® Martinis! It is the perfect way to celebrate the most romantic day of the year. 

We like to top ours with shaved Mint Smoothies®, but feel free to get creative with your garnishes. A sprig of mint, fresh whipped cream, or even a scoop of Mint Smoothie® Ice Cream! You can’t go wrong with this decadent cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

4oz. Junction 56 Distillery Vodka

4 oz. Junction 56 Distillery Mint Smoothie® Liqueur

4 oz. Heavy Cream

2 Rhéo Thompson Candies Mint Smoothie® Bars

Ice

PREPARATION

1. Unwrap 1 Mint Smoothie® Bar and melt on a heat-proof plate.

2. Dip rim of martini glasses into melted chocolate to coat rims. Chill in the fridge while preparing the cocktail.

3. Combine Vodka, Mint Smoothie® Liqueur, and cream in a large cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until thoroughly chilled, about 20 seconds.

4. Divide evenly between glasses. Grate the second Mint Smoothie® Bar over the cocktail and serve.
